Some of the practices are:
- No cross contamination, no cutting or handling different raw proteins at the same time (chicken, meat or fish, or mixing with vegetables with proteins).
- Constant hand washing.
- Disinfection of work utensils.
- Use specific utensils for each activity.
- Use of masks and caps at all times.
